About

Benthyg Cymru is Wales’ own network of Library of Things, aiming to make borrowing items as easy and accessible as possible to benefit people and the planet. They had a simple Wix website that lacked a clear brand identity and didn't effectively communicate their mission or services. They needed a complete redesign to help truly showcase what Benthyg has to offer.

I restructured the website from the ground up, identifying and filling key gaps in content and information. Since the team wanted to keep their existing logo, I focused on building a cohesive brand style around it. I developed a thoughtful colour palette, visual style, and custom iconography to create a look and feel that was memorable, trustworthy, and aligned with their mission. The brand needed to reflect the heart of the community while making the idea of borrowing feel easy, accessible, and most importantly, fun!
